The Wimmer ADU is a project that designing for CWA studios. It is still under development therefore not all drawing are available. This ADU is located in the hills of Atascadero California and is perched on the edge of a slope. Its contemporary design is meant to match elements from the existing home yet look unique. This two-bedroom two bath ADU stands roughly at 900 square feet and has a spacious kitchen and living room. The client was determined to have a bar in their home and balconies overlooking the hills. This ADU has a unique entrance that is in between the first two floors, inviting the user to either go to the kitchen and living area or the bedroom and office area.
